This rental comes with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom anything additional is responsibility of tenant to bring. Bath towels are provided by the owner. **bring you own shower items: shampoo, body wash, conditioner. ** (There is a store within 1 min drive)

There are 4 parking spaces off street to the left of the home. please only park in the driveway and not on top of the septic tank!!!

There is outside firepit and seating for guest

HOTTUB
Please make sure the cover is always on when not in use. When leaving please set tempature to 95 degrees, upon arriving please make sure hot tub is sent to your desired tempature.

LOCKBOX - There will be a lockbox at the rear door of the house. Please be sure to take all personal belongings when you leave cleaners change code after every guest.
