This rental comes with 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom anything additional is responsibility of tenant to bring. Bath towels are provided by the owner. **bring you own shower items: shampoo, body wash, conditioner. ** (There is a store within 4 min drive)

CABLE & TVs
Host provides basic cable package ***cable in 2nd floor living room and master bedroom only. all other tvs are streaming only*** Brand New Smart TVs in many rooms. If using "Streaming" it is BYOL (Bring your own login).

HEAT & A/C
This property has central A/C in all bedrooms and mini spilt in the 3rd floor bunk room

OUTSIDE GAMES
Host provides cornhole boards and bags, can jam, spike ball, ladder toss, and other games. Please note that some games may be damaged from previous guest and can't be 100% guaranteed

Hot tub is open year round and heated to 104 degrees

OUTSIDE GRILL & FURNITURE
There is a brand new outside grill and brand new outside patio space. Guest are responsible for any propane needed. One cylinder is provided for exchange and cleaning grill

BEACH CHAIRS
Host leaves 8 beach chairs for guest to use. **These are not guaranteed as previous guests may have lost/taken them** guest are responsible for buying their own beach tags
